3️⃣Setup Escalation Channels
Configure where and how you'd like the agent to escalate issues.
Support3 automatically escalates all issues requiring your attention to the dashboard by default.
Once you click into an issue on the dashboard, you can use the co-pilot to auto-draft responses or resolve the issue. The agent will soon also auto-respond in the channels that it's in with relevant answers if it feels confident.
