Step 1: Discontinue the old version

Step 2: Remove The Slack Integration

  • If you've already installed the Support3 Slack app make sure you remove it so we can re-install it later.

  • To do this, choose the Support3 app, go to the About tab and click on Configuration

  • Once you're redirected to the config page, scroll down and remove the app.

Step 3: Sign up on the new version

Step 4: Connect your TG bot

  • Obtain your TG bot's API token/key

    • To do this, search for botfather on Telegram

    • Type "/mybots"

    • Choose the bot that you're using for Support3 and get the API token

  • Go to the Integrations tab on new the Support3 dashboard and add the API token here

  • You're all set! Issues will now be escalated to the new Support3 dashboard and you can begin using the new dashboard as your source of truth

Step 5: Setup Slack Escalations

  • Head over to Integrations, connect to Slack, and choose the channel you want Support3 to escalate issues in
