Overview

Our Slack integration is designed to make it easy for your entire team to view and internally discuss issues that are escalated by the agent.

Once you integrate your Slack workspace with Support3, the agent will broadcast issues to the channel you choose in real-time.

Over time, you will be able to write custom rules on how and when the bot should interact with your workspace.

Setup

Go to Integrations page in the dashboard (https://beta.support3.xyz) and click the Slack option.

Follow the instructions and choose the channel you want the agent to escalate issues in.
