Telegram
Search for "botfather" on Telegram

Type "/newbot" to create a new bot

Choose a name and a username for your bot. Make sure the username ends with "bot". Make note of your bot token.

Type /mybots, choose your bot, and turn off group privacy mode in bot settings. If this is on, the bot will only receive the following types of messages:
Messages that start with a slash ("/"), indicating a command.
Replies to the bot's own messages.
Mentions of the bot using its username.
Service messages, such as notifications when members join or leave the group.
Turning it off allows the bot to process all messages in the group, even when it's not an admin. So this is also a choice you can make.

Go to the Integrations tab in your Support3 dashboard, choose Telegram and add your bot

Add the Telegram bot to group chats you want to track issues in. You're all set!
