Beta Migration Guide
Step 1: Discontinue the old version
Head over to https://app.support3.xyz/ and make sure you wrap up any necessary work and acknowledge all the issues
Step 2: Remove The Slack Integration
If you've already installed the Support3 Slack app make sure you remove it so we can re-install it later.
To do this, choose the Support3 app, go to the About tab and click on Configuration

Once you're redirected to the config page, scroll down and remove the app.

Step 3: Sign up on the new version
Setup account on the new Support3 version - https://beta.support3.xyz

Make sure you invite your team and add any relevant knowledge sources
Step 4: Connect your TG bot
Obtain your TG bot's API token/key
To do this, search for botfather on Telegram
Type "/mybots"
Choose the bot that you're using for Support3 and get the API token
Go to the Integrations tab on new the Support3 dashboard and add the API token here
You're all set! Issues will now be escalated to the new Support3 dashboard and you can begin using the new dashboard as your source of truth
Step 5: Setup Slack Escalations
Head over to Integrations, connect to Slack, and choose the channel you want Support3 to escalate issues in
